This Irish harp badge is available in your choice of lead free pewter or sterling silver. The badge is 1-7/8 " (48mm) W x 2-5/16" (59mm) L with a high quality pin back. Please note, the sterling silver badge is made to order.
The words "Erin Go Bragh" are inscribed in raised relief letters around the buckle between a burst of Irish Shanrocks. The phrase may be translated literally as "Ireland until eternity" or "Ireland until the end (of time)".
Today, the image of the harp is used on the coins, passports and official seals of the Republic of Ireland. The harp is frequently incorporated into the emblems of Irish companies, such as Guinness and Ryanair.
