If your item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement upon receipt of the damaged item.

Beautiful quality love this chain
Strong good quality chain. I have worn the silver version of this in highly active scenarios like rock climbing, swimming and main other outdoor activities and it has held up well for 3 years. This is now the second one I am buying of a different length since I like it so much and want to be able to try a different length. Another thing I love about it is how easy the clasp is to fasten without hurting your fingers.
