If your item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement upon receipt of the damaged item.

I had a slight issue with the first pin I ordered in that the pin clasp was loose and not holding the pin fast. The vendor was extremely helpful and sent me a new pin with a much stronger, sturdier pin. The 4 thistle amethyst pin is very pretty. The 'gem' looks a bit fake up close but overall it is a beautiful.pin. I am very happy with it, especially now that I can finally wear it! Thank you!
