Each Coat of Arms is carefully researched by a heraldic scholar and is custom designed and cast by the "lost wax" process. The knight design measures 13/16" x 5/8" (21mm x 16mm). Please indicate the requested name when ordering.
Your family's Arms and the high level of jewellery craftsmanship exerted are then permanently recorded when we produce a master mold for your family name. This mold is kept on file so that you may request other items in the future and be assured of a continued high degree of historical accuracy, quality of design and manufacture. Please supply as much information as is known about your family's background and country of origin. This item is custom made and takes 2-3 weeks.

Returns and exchange details
We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us and we will work with you to provide another item or give a refund. Please send us a conversation if you would like to return your item(s). Returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving your item(s).
If your item is damaged in the mail, we will ship you another upon return of the item. If you item is lost in the mail, while this is of no fault of ours or yours, we will provide another but you will be required to wait 30 days from the shipping date to give time for you package to arrive. If you supply the incorrect address, we will not refund or provide a replacement for your lost shipment. If you purchase a ring and you order the wrong size, we will not re-size it. This can be done at any jeweller for a small fee.
All items must be returned in original condition. Custom printed garments and all engraved items cannot be returned.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
